Khrown runs email and LinkedIn outreach for B2B companies. That means we process professional contact data. This page explains what we collect, why it is lawful, and what we do to protect the people we contact and the clients we work for.
We work with business contact data only: name, job title, company, business email address, and public professional signals such as hiring activity or funding announcements. It comes from public professional sources and licensed B2B data providers, and every address is verified before it enters a campaign. We do not buy consumer data and we do not contact personal email addresses.
We contact business decision makers about services relevant to their role, under the legitimate interest basis of the GDPR. Before a campaign starts we assess that the people on the list would plausibly care about the offer, that the message is specific to them, and that opting out is effortless. If a market or list fails that test, we do not send to it.
Every message identifies who is writing and why. Anyone can opt out with a single reply, and an opt-out is honored across every campaign we run, permanently, not just the one that triggered it. Anyone can ask what data we hold about them, or ask us to delete it, by writing to accounts@khrown.com. We answer within a few business days.
Outreach is sent from separate domains we own and manage. Your primary domain never sends cold email. You approve the target list and every sequence before the first send, you can exclude any company or person, and exclusions are enforced across all campaigns. We track every contact so no one is approached twice by accident.
We keep campaign data only as long as the engagement needs it. When an engagement ends, prospect data is handed over to the client or deleted, whichever the client chooses. Suppression lists are the exception: we keep those so that opt-outs stay opted out.
