This page covers what happens with your data when you visit khrown.com or get in touch. How we handle prospect data in the outreach we run for clients is covered separately on the data and outreach practices page.

What we collect on this site

• Booking a call. If you book a discovery call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com. They receive the name, email address and any notes you enter, and share them with us so the meeting can happen. Their own privacy policy applies to their processing.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation or a resulting engagement needs it.
• Technical data. The site is a static page. We do not run advertising trackers. Standard server logs may record IP addresses for security and reliability.

Why we process it

To respond when you contact us, to hold the meetings you book, and to keep the site running. The legal bases are your consent when you reach out, and our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing. Write to accounts@khrown.com and we will answer within a few business days. You can also complain to the Swedish data protection authority, IMY.
